Job Overview

We are looking for ITI Fitter candidates to work in our manufacturing/production operations. Candidates with experience in CNC machine operation and handling will be preferred.

Semi-skilled candidates are also welcome. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and handle CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Perform machine setup, loading/unloading, and basic operational activities.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
- Perform fitting, assembly, and related mechanical work.
- Inspect components and ensure they meet required dimensions and quality standards.
- Follow production schedules and maintain workplace safety standards.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance activities.
- Report machine or production issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow company safety procedures.

Required Skills

- ITI qualification in Fitter trade.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
- CNC machine handling experience will be an advantage.




- Ability to understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Valuable discipline, teamwork, and attention to quality.
- Fresh / Semi-Skilled Candidates
- Semi-skilled candidates with limited experience can also apply.
- The company will provide on-the-job training to suitable candidates to develop their CNC machine handling and production skills.

Salary

- Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, skills, and technical capability.
