- Operate and handle industrial machining and cutting equipment as per production requirements.
- Operate CNC machines and work with thin wire of up to 30 microns.
- Perform machining, cutting, turning, and related shop-floor operations.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings, measurements, and machine specifications.
- Ensure accurate dimensions and quality of machined components.
- Carry out machine setup, tool selection, and basic machine adjustments.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety practices, and quality requirements.
- Perform routine inspection and report any machine or process abnormalities.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards at the workplace.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
