WE ARE HIRING | SR. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad .

? Job Title: Sr. Accounts Executive

? Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

? Department: Finance & Accounts

? Reports To: Senior Manager – Finance

? Qualification: CA Inter / CMA (ICMA) / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

⏳ Experience: Minimum 5 years in core accounting roles

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals and vouchers
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Perform bank, vendor and customer account reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Ensure timely payments and collections
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory regulations
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing the required documentation
- Maintain the fixed asset register and manage depreciation accounting




- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements and budget variance analysis
- Coordinate with banks, vendors and regulatory authorities as required
- Support process improvements and automation of accounting activities

Requirements

- CA Inter / CMA (ICMA) / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in core accounting
- Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and tax laws
- Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
