Job Purpose
- Effective Tracking of MISs to ensure timely action of leads
- Manage Real time Sales support to Field Team
- Provide timely inputs to finance team for PL Management
- Run contest for teams as agreed with stakeholders
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Real time Sales support to Field Team on STS co-ordinate with Credit, RCU, COE IT team to transparent roadblocks
- SFDC ID creation for Call Centre agents On Role Sales team members on STS
- Testing System enhancements for smoother functioning.
- Manage SFDC Reports in form of Business Reports, Hierarchy maintenance
- Creating/Configuring Schemes as per Business Requirement
- Monthly Target Allocation to Sales team

- Automation of MISs
- Identify fix regular issues faced by field team
Major Challenges
- Manage Real time Sales support to Field
- Tracking MISs to ensure on time business decisions are made
