We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee multiple goSTOPS properties, drive operational excellence, improve business performance, and ensure consistent service standards across the assigned cluster.

Role Overview The Cluster Manager will be responsible for the overall operational, financial, and commercial performance of multiple properties within an assigned region. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, people management skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Property Operations

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple goSTOPS properties within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, operational processes, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular property visits and operational audits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure properties maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, safety, and service quality.
- Coordinate with central teams to resolve operational challenges efficiently.

2. Business Performance & Revenue Management
- Drive occupancy, revenue, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and RevPAR performance across the cluster.
- Monitor property-level financial performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, and maximize operational efficiency.
- Review business reports, budgets, and performance dashboards regularly.
- Work with revenue management and sales teams to improve demand generation and property performance.

3. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure excellent guest experiences across all assigned properties.
- Monitor guest feedback, online ratings, complaints, and service recovery.
- Implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, repeat bookings, and brand reputation.
- Ensure teams consistently deliver goSTOPS' hospitality standards and guest engagement experience.

4. Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and property-level operational teams.
- Monitor staffing requirements, productivity, attendance, and performance.




- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of operational employees.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability at every property.
- Build a collaborative, service-oriented, and performance-driven team culture.

5. Cost Control & Compliance
- Monitor operating expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Control wastage and optimize manpower, inventory, utilities, and other operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, safety standards, and applicable local regulations.
- Coordinate with finance, HR, maintenance, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

6. Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
- Prepare and review regular operational and business performance reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans for underperforming properties.
- Share business updates, challenges, and improvement plans with senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational expansion.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hospitality operations, preferably in hotels, hostels, serviced apartments, or other multi-unit hospitality businesses.
- Prior experience managing multiple properties or leading a team of Branch Managers/Property Managers will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of hotel/hostel operations, revenue management, guest relations, and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue, occupancy, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.




- Willingness to travel regularly across assigned properties.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be measured against:
- Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue growth.
- Property profitability and operating cost control.
- Guest satisfaction, online ratings, and complaint resolution.
- Compliance with operational SOPs and audit standards.
- Team productivity, employee retention, and staffing efficiency.
- Overall business performance of the assigned cluster.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hotel / Coliving Background: Candidates must have experience in hotels, hostels, coliving, or similar hospitality businesses, with a strong understanding of 24/7/365 operations.
- Multi-Property Management: Preferably experienced in managing multiple hotels or properties within a cluster, with proven operational and team leadership capabilities.
- IHM Background: Candidates from an Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) are preferred.
- Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel extensively across all locations within the assigned cluster.
- Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of property operations, guest experience, revenue management, cost control, and team management.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead property-level teams, drive business performance, and maintain consistent operational standards across multiple locations.
