JOB SUMMARY The Cluster Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all sales operations within a designated geographical zone. This includes developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, managing regional sales teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The role requires a strong leader with excellent business acumen, people management skills, and a proven track record in sales leadership.

Key ResponsibilitIES

Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
- Set and track sales targets, forecasting sales performance across territories.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Keep Zonal Head and HO team updated on sales metrices, market overview, and growth areas.

Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) in the defined Cluster geography (entire MP in this case)
- Ensure daily monitoring of key sales metrics active customers’ transactions and productivity, new customers onboarding and activation,



and bringing back lost customers
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Business Development:

- Acquisition and Retention of customers (Fleet Owners).
- Build robust foundation and transporter base (referenceable clients) that can be leveraged to further expand and quickly penetrate the local market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and distributors.
- Oversee expansion into new territories or segments.

Operational Efficiency:

- Monitor inventory levels, order fulfilment, and logistical support.
- Optimize territory mapping, sales coverage, and resource allocation.

Reporting & Compliance:

- Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain data accuracy in CRM and other reporting tools.Role & responsibilities
