Role Description This is a full time, on-site Cluster Litigation Manager role based in Kothapatnam. The role involves overseeing litigation matters across a designated cluster, including managing legal cases related to home loans, recovery, and compliance with applicable housing finance regulations.

The Cluster Litigation

Manager will coordinate with external legal counsel, prepare and review legal documents, monitor case progress, and ensure timely filing of pleadings and responses. The role includes conducting legal risk assessments, advising internal stakeholders on legal strategy,



and supporting resolution of disputes through appropriate legal channels. The position also requires close collaboration with operations, collections, and risk teams to ensure adherence to legal guidelines and effective management of litigation portfolios.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Law with experience in housing finance or financial services litigation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and managing case-related documentation.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Insurance aspects relevant to housing finance and related legal implications.
- Candidates should possess Litigation Management skills, including case tracking, coordination with legal counsel, and court process handling.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Bankruptcy Law and related recovery processes.
- Relevant law degree (LLB or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience in litigation or legal roles within banking, NBFCs, or housing finance companies is preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and handle multiple cases.
- Proficiency in relevant regional languages and English, along with good drafting and communication skills.
