Cloud Support Engineer

Shift Requirement

- 24x7 rotational shifts with weekend support as required.

- Indicative shift timings

5:00 AM – 2:00 PM/12:00 PM – 9:00 PM/8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure-based cloud platforms.

- Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.

- Support customer onboarding, platform usage, integrations, and technical issues.

- Provide L1 support for Kubernetes environments and cloud-native applications.

- Troubleshoot issues related to access, connectivity, performance, deployments, and monitoring.

- Work with Grafana, GitOps, CI/CD tools, NoSQL databases, and hybrid cloud environments.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.





Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Operations, or Platform Support.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes.

- Robust knowledge of incident management, monitoring, and production support.

- Experience with Grafana and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to AI/ML, GPU infrastructure, or data-intensive workloads.

- Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or other IaC tools.

- CKA certification is an advantage.
