Megh Technologies is looking for a skilled and responsible Cloud & Hosting Support Engineer to join our team in Vadodara.

What You’ll Work On

- Microsoft Azure VMs & Windows Server
- IIS, cPanel/WHM & hosting environments
- Domains, DNS, SSL & business emails
- Website & application hosting
- Deployment & troubleshooting of .NET, PHP & Node.js applications
- SQL Server / MySQL basics
- Backups, restores, monitoring & basic server security
- Troubleshooting hosting, email, DNS, SSL & database issues
- Domain, hosting & SSL renewals
- Coordination with developers, hosting providers & vendors
- Direct client communication through phone, email & WhatsApp

What We’re Looking For:



2–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud, hosting, server administration or technical support

Solid knowledge of Azure, Windows Server, IIS & cPanel/WHM

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good spoken and written English

Professional and polite client communication

Strong ownership and follow-up skills

Ability to handle urgent technical issues calmly
