About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Closing Manager with strong real estate sales and negotiation skills. The candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful property closures and driving revenue through effective client handling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads and take them through the complete sales closure process.
- Conduct client discussions, negotiations, property presentations, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options.
- Maintain robust relationships with prospects and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, sales, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure smooth coordination from booking to documentation and final closure.

Requirements





- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales and closures.
- Strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong client relationship and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle high-value negotiations and close deals independently.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

What We’re Looking For Someone who is confident with clients, strong at negotiations, and knows how to turn a serious prospect into a successful closure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
