Clinical Research Manager

What will you be doing:

a. Create scientifically credible, measurable and defensible claims for various personal care products.

b. Identify appropriate testing methodologies, select and manage CRO/testing laboratories for conducting various studies c. Design study protocols, review study results and build evidence packages to support product communication and advertising claims.

d.



Work with various advertising bodies on claim disputes, if any e. Conduct competition bench marking with respect to various product claims and study endpoints and testing methodologies f. Build in-house capabilities to conduct end point studies, before conducting clinical and third party tests.

Skill sets

1. Master/PhD/Post Doc degree in Pharma, Chemistry, Bio Chemistry, Clinical Research
2. 4+ years of industry experience
3. Experience in study design, CRO management, instrument studies, consumer perception studies

Work Location: Sector 18, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Work Days: Monday - Saturday (Second/Fourth Saturday's are holidays)
