Job Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Systems Administrator to provide administrative, access management, configuration, and operational support for clinical data management platforms, including Rave, Veeva CDMS, Elluminate, and JReview .
Required Skills
- Experience with Rave / Medidata Rave administration or support.
- Experience with Veeva CDMS and/or clinical systems administration.
- Knowledge of user access management, roles, permissions, and access governance .
- Experience supporting clinical studies and study-related access requests.
- Understanding of database lock, system validation, upgrades, and compliance documentation .
- Robust troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
