Position: Clinical Documentation Specialist

Location: Mohali, Punjab (on-site) (Local candidates preferred)

Shift: Night shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining clinical documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, organize, and maintain clinical documentation and records.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Manage document workflows, indexing, filing, and record maintenance.
- Generate reports and maintain tracking logs using Excel and other tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support documentation and compliance processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in healthcare documentation, medical records, or clinical administration preferred

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF management tools





Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential healthcare information professionally
