We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Servicing Manager – Influencer Marketing to join our growing team in Kochi.

Role Overview The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, and leading a team of Influencer Marketing Executives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong client servicing skills, campaign management expertise, and the ability to independently lead teams while ensuring timely and successful campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities Client Servicing & Account Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client briefs, campaign objectives, budgets, and expectations.
- Manage client communication, meetings, feedback, and approvals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.

Influencer Marketing Campaign Management





- Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Develop campaign execution plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Supervise influencer discovery, shortlisting, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Ensure timely content submissions, approvals, publishing, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance and resolve execution challenges.
- Ensure campaigns meet client expectations and quality standards.

Team Management & Leadership

- Lead and manage a team of Influencer Marketing Executives.
- Delegate tasks, assign campaigns, and monitor execution progress.
- Track team productivity, campaign timelines, and individual responsibilities.
- Mentor team members and improve overall execution efficiency.
- Ensure accountability and seamless coordination across campaigns.

Budgeting & Reporting

- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Monitor campaign profitability and influencer-related expenses.
- Prepare and oversee campaign performance reports.
- Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, and client updates.
- Coordinate with internal finance and operations teams.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, client servicing,



account management, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience in an influencer marketing or digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing campaigns and the creator ecosystem.
- Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and campaign reporting.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work from our Kochi office.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling regional and national brand campaigns.
- Familiarity with South Indian influencer markets, especially Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
- Experience managing influencer marketing executives or campaign execution teams.
- Understanding of campaign budgeting, creator negotiations, and profitability.
