We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who is friendly, organised and good at communication. The role involves handling customer enquiries, following up with leads, coordinating orders and ensuring a smooth experience for clients from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram and other channels.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into orders.

- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, dispatch and installation teams.

- Keep customers updated about order status, dispatch and delivery.

- Maintain customer and order details in Excel/CRM.

- Handle basic customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

- Follow up on pending payments and confirmations.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with interior designers, architects, cafés and other business clients.

- Ensure timely communication and a positive customer experience.

- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports of enquiries,



follow-ups and sales.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Organised and comfortable handling multiple enquiries.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Previous experience in customer service, sales or client servicing is preferred but freshers can also apply.
