INTRODUCTION

At Legend Outdoor Advertising, we are looking for a confident, articulate, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Servicing & Project Coordinator.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring that projects move smoothly from order confirmation to production and final execution.

We are looking for someone who communicates professionally, takes ownership of responsibilities, learns quickly, and can coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries and keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Order Coordination: Understand client requirements, coordinate order details, and ensure all necessary information is communicated accurately to the relevant teams.
- Production Updates: Keep clients updated on production progress, timelines, deliverables, and any changes or delays.
- Execution Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, fabricators, installers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Project Follow-ups: Proactively follow up on pending approvals, materials, timelines, site requirements, and other dependencies.
- Internal Coordination: Act as a bridge between the client and the production and execution teams to ensure everyone is aligned.
- Issue Resolution: Identify potential bottlenecks, communicate challenges promptly, and help ensure timely resolution.
- Client Experience: Maintain a qualified, responsive,



and reliable client experience from the initial order to project completion.

WHO YOU ARE

- 0–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with the right aptitude and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional, polished, and confident approach to interacting with clients.
- Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
- The ability to learn quickly, understand project requirements, and manage multiple tasks.
- An interest in or basic familiarity with the interior design, architecture, construction, fabrication, signage, or outdoor advertising industry.
- The ability to understand project scope, timelines, materials, and execution requirements with guidance from the team.
- A proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset.

WHO WOULD BE A GREAT FIT?

Someone who is comfortable speaking to clients, can communicate updates clearly, follows through on commitments, and is willing to learn the practical aspects of production and on-site execution.

You don't need to know everything from day one. We value communication, accountability, curiosity, and the ability to pick things up quickly.

Candidates with exposure to interior design studios, architecture firms, construction companies, signage businesses, fabrication units, or related industries will have an added advantage.
