About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Servicing & Operations Executive who understands the video/content production environment and can effectively act as the bridge between our clients and internal video teams.

The role will involve understanding client requirements and feedback, translating them into clear and actionable inputs for the creative teams, and coordinating projects through to final delivery.

The candidate will work closely with Video Editors, AI Video Editors, AI Filmmakers and other creative/production teams, while also managing client communication and day-to-day project operations.

Key Responsibilties:

- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
- Understand client briefs, creative requirements, references and feedback and communicate them clearly to the relevant internal teams as actionable outputs.
- Coordinate with AI Video Editors, AI Filmmakers and other teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand the basic technical and creative aspects of video production, including editing, cuts, transitions, pacing, visuals, audio, colour, formats, aspect ratios and revisions.
- Review work against the client brief and requirements before sharing it with the client and flag any obvious gaps to the internal team.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, revisions,



approvals and pending tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely movement of projects and approvals.
- Identify delays, gaps or execution-related issues and proactively communicate/escalate them.
- Maintain project trackers, briefs, feedback, client communication and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate multiple video projects simultaneously while keeping track of priorities and deadlines.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure a smooth and well-coordinated client experience.

What We Are Looking For:

- 0-1 year of experience, including relevant internship experience.
- Prior experience/internship in video production, video editing, content creation, creative agencies, media, advertising or a similar environment is preferred.
- Candidates should have a basic understanding of the AI video production and post-production workflow.
- Ability to understand and communicate creative/video-related feedback clearly.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and handling professional conversations independently.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify whether a deliverable broadly aligns with the brief.
- Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment.

Experience: Fresher with relevant internship experience / 0-1 year experience
