Role Description The Client Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized event solutions, and managing timelines, budgets, and expectations.

The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, providing regular updates, and maintaining clear communication with clients.

The Client Services

Manager will also monitor feedback, analyze service performance, and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience.



This position requires close collaboration with operations, creative, and planning teams to ensure seamless execution of each celebration.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage relationships and deliver responsive support.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive engagement, follow-up, and issue resolution.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret client feedback, track performance, and recommend improvements.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear, professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in event management, hospitality, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai with flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by events.
