ArchPro is looking for a Client Relationship & Project Advisor to join our team in Kochi. This is a people-facing, client-oriented role for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, understanding their requirements, and helping them navigate the early stages of their architecture and construction projects.

You will be responsible for handling clients who approach ArchPro, understanding their project requirements, communicating with them across calls and messages, explaining ArchPro’s approach and capabilities, and ensuring that every client interaction is professional, positive, and informative.

About ArchPro:

ArchPro is a project delivery company, the one accountable for getting it built as designed. Projects are designed by the professionals; delivered by us. We run live residential and interior projects across multiple Indian cities, with our delivery operations anchored in Kochi. ArchPro brings together architecture, design, project management, execution, interiors, and other project delivery capabilities under one roof.

Role Overview:

As a Client Relationship & Project Advisor, you will be one of the first points of contact for clients approaching ArchPro.

Your work will involve understanding who the client is, what they are looking to build, their project requirements, location, scale, budget, timeline, design expectations, and other relevant details. You will then help the client understand how ArchPro can approach their project and coordinate internally to take the conversation forward.

This role requires someone who is highly articulate, energetic, approachable, positive, and genuinely interested in people and projects. You should be comfortable having detailed conversations about architecture, design, construction, budgets, timelines, and client requirements, while also being willing to continuously learn.

The ability to maintain a consistently positive and enthusiastic attitude while speaking with clients is extremely important.



This role also involves responding to clients over text and maintaining a professional and helpful communication style throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming client enquiries - Be the primary point of contact for clients approaching. ArchPro and ensure every enquiry receives a timely, professional, and positive response.
- Understand the project and client requirements - Have detailed conversations with clients to understand their project type, location, plot size, expected built-up area, budget, requirements, timeline, design expectations, and other relevant project information.
- Explain ArchPro's approach - Clearly communicate what ArchPro does, how our design and project delivery process works, and how different teams and professionals are involved in delivering a project.
- Build client relationships - Establish trust and rapport with clients through clear communication, active listening, genuine interest, and a positive approach.
- Guide the initial conversation - Help clients understand the next steps, clarify their questions, and ensure they have the right information before moving forward.
- Maintain client communication - Stay responsive to clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels, ensuring queries and follow-ups are handled properly.
- Qualify and document projects - Capture relevant project information accurately and maintain proper records so the internal team has a transparent understanding of each opportunity.
- Learn architecture & design - Continuously develop your understanding of architecture, interiors, construction, materials, project costs, design processes, and project delivery.




- Maintain ArchPro standards - Ensure every client interaction reflects ArchPro's standards of professionalism, communication, transparency, design quality, and project delivery.

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam and Hindi proficiency are preferred.
- Naturally energetic, enthusiastic, positive, and confident while interacting with people.
- Strong ability to listen, understand client requirements, and ask meaningful questions.
- Genuine interest in architecture, interiors, design, construction, and the built environment.
- Basic understanding of architecture; project scale, budget, construction, structure and materials.
- Comfortable communicating with clients through WhatsApp, calls, email, and other digital channels.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude consistently, including during challenging client conversations.
- Ability to understand and communicate information clearly without overpromising or misrepresenting project possibilities.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and digital platforms is an advantage.
- Comfortable using AI and digital tools for research, communication, documentation, and client workflows.

Qualification:

- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Design, or any related field is preferred.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with a genuine interest in architecture, design, and construction may also be considered.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in client relations, architecture, interiors, construction, design, hospitality, consulting, or other people-facing roles.
- Experience communicating with clients or working in a client-facing environment is preferred.
