Key Responsibilities

- Acquire, Manage and nurture relationships with current & existing mid/large corporate clients

- Understand client business models, financials, and credit needs to provide structured/tailored solutions.

- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment to support lending decisions.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit and risk management

- Monitor client accounts regularly to identify growth opportunities and address any concerns proactively.

- Preparation of In-Principle Credit Note and Presentations for Credit Committee approvals, Understanding of Credit and to present proposal to Management for approvals

- Monitoring on credit risk metrics and highlighting early warning signals. Follow-up with clients for covenants, post disbursal documents and internal review requirements.

- Working closely with Credit and Collections team to monitor EWS.





- Coordination with other departments – Operations, Legal, Compliance as a part of Business Team

- Working with internal Legal team and External Legal Counsel on transaction documentation

- Renewal/ review of cases in timely manner

- Understanding of Audit compliance and regulatory compliance

Experience

- 3-5 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Structured Finance (NBFC / Corporate Banking / AIF) will be preferred.

Education

- MBA (Finance) / CA is mandatory for the role
