About the role

As Client Relationship Manager, you will be the single point of contact for our clients in your assigned area. You will manage our manpower at client sites, own client relationships, make sure service and staffing commitments are met, and grow our business through site surveys and proposals. This is a full-time, on-field role with full responsibility for your area.

Key responsibilities

- Manage deployed manpower across client sites in your area, including security, housekeeping, support and other staff.
- Be the primary contact for clients on service quality, staffing needs and escalations.
- Identify new business opportunities in your area, conduct site surveys,



prepare proposals using approved rate cards and follow up until closure.
- Oversee deployment at new sites, including day-one presence and handover to the site supervisor.
- Visit sites regularly, review staffing and pending issues with supervisors, and gather client feedback.
- Share daily deployment updates with clients (shift changes, replacements, relievers).
- Take ownership of incidents at your sites, resolve them promptly, keep the client informed and report to the Operations Manager the same day.
- Arrange replacement or temporary cover so client operations are never disrupted.
- Maintain regular client contact and flag early signs of dissatisfaction.
- Submit daily field reports and a monthly summary covering sales, renewals and site issues.

Minimum requirements (please apply only if you meet all of these)

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Residing near the assigned area (Ghatkopar and Mumbai, or Bhiwandi and beyond)

Other requirements

- Willing to work on the field and visit multiple sites daily.
- Available 24x7 to respond to client issues and emergencies.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, solution-focused approach.
- Interest in sales and business development.
- Fluent English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Disciplined and accountable, with the ability to follow SOPs and maintain records.
- Experience in facility management, manpower services, security or sales is an advantage.
