CLIENT RELATION EXECUTIVE – CLINIC

Location: Kalamassery, Kochi

Experience: 1–2 Years / Freshers with valuable communication skills

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments
- Explain clinic services and procedures to potential clients
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable information
- Follow up with interested clients for conversions
- Maintain daily call, follow-up and appointment records
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth client handling

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Malayalam and English communication
- Confident and convincing telecalling skills
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
- Previous experience in clinic, healthcare, telecalling or sales is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
