Job Summary

We are hiring Claims Associates to manage and process insurance claims while coordinating with customers, insurers, adjusters and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end claims processing and administration.
- Review and verify claim forms, supporting documents and policy details.
- Validate claims against policy terms, conditions and coverage.
- Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, loss adjusters and other stakeholders.
- Investigate discrepancies and obtain additional information or documentation when required.
- Process claims accurately within defined turnaround times and service-level agreements.
- Maintain accurate claim records and update systems regularly.
- Identify potential fraud,



errors or irregularities and escalate them appropriately.
- Respond to customer and stakeholder queries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates on claim status and pending cases.

Required Skills:

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office and claims-processing systems
