Role Description The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, the team member is responsible for performing thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing common areas. Daily tasks may include cleaning windows, carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-traffic zones, following company checklists and safety standards.

The role involves using appropriate cleaning tools and products, reporting any maintenance issues,



and following health and safety guidelines.

The Cleaning

Specialist is expected to work efficiently, respect client property, and maintain professional conduct while interacting with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

- Experience in residential environments, including Home Cleaning and House Cleaning.
- Skills in Commercial Cleaning for offices, retail spaces, or other business premises.
- Ability to perform Window Cleaning with attention to streak-free and secure practices.
- Knowledge of Carpet cleaning methods, including vacuuming, spot treatment, and basic stain removal.
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
- Basic communication skills to follow instructions and interact respectfully with clients and team members.
- Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
