Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
- Handle RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering & waterproofing works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural & structural drawings.
- Manage subcontractors, supervisors and labour teams.
- Monitor quality, progress, manpower and material utilization.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP and Project Manager.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
- Handle site measurements, BBS, material requirements and billing coordination.
- Ensure proper safety practices and timely completion of assigned work.
