Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Vivek Vihar, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring civil construction and maintenance activities while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and other project stakeholders.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
- Check quantities, material requirements, and work measurements.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure appropriate materials are available at site.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify deviations, defects, and delays and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures and construction standards.
- Maintain records of work completed, material consumption, measurements,



and site activities.
- Support project planning, estimation, budgeting, and cost-control activities.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to management.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timelines and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project/site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
- Good knowledge of site execution and contractor management.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently handle site activities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in building construction, commercial/residential projects, renovation, or civil infrastructure will be preferred.
- Candidates who can independently manage site execution and contractor coordination are highly desirable.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
