Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 9–12 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects. The candidate should have solid expertise in site execution, construction supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and project progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise civil construction activities for high-rise building projects.
- Ensure execution of structural works, including RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and masonry.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other project teams.
- Review construction drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and construction procedures are followed.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment,



and material requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of construction activities.
- Identify execution challenges and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with project management teams.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in high-rise building construction.
- Expertise in RCC structural work and civil site execution.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Experience in contractor management, site coordination, and quality control.
- Good understanding of construction safety standards and quality procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 9–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
