We are looking for an experienced and all-rounder Civil Draftsman / Design Engineer who can independently manage complete architectural drawings, MEP basics (Electrical & Plumbing), and structural analysis/detailing using STAAD.Pro.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Drafting (AutoCAD):
- Complete 2D architectural plans, naksha, master layouts, sections, and elevations.
- Detailed site-ready working drawings and municipal approval drawings.
1. Structural Design & Detailing (STAAD.Pro):
- Structural modeling, load calculations, and building analysis.
- Complete structural drawing preparation: column layouts, beam layouts, footing details,
and slab rebar reinforcement detailing.
1. MEP Layouts:
- Preparation of basic electrical drawings and plumbing (water supply & sanitary) layouts.
1. Site & Project Coordination:
- Ensuring execution drawings adhere to structural safety norms and standard building practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture drafting background.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building drafting and structural analysis.
- Software Proficiency: Expert in AutoCAD & proficient in STAAD.Pro.
- Robust knowledge of rebar detailing, sections, and working drawings.
