Project Scale: Large-scale construction projects

Job Responsibilities:

- Execute and manage large-scale civil construction projects from start to completion.
- Handle complete site execution, planning, manpower, materials, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project management teams, vendors, and clients.
- Manage multiple construction activities and teams simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, costs, billing, and resource utilization.
- Demonstrate robust financial, technical,



and execution capability for high-value projects.

Required Profile:

- Proven experience handling large-value construction projects.
- Strong financial and execution capacity.
- Established team, manpower, and vendor network.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, project management, contracts, and execution.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-management skills.
- Candidates/contractors with experience in ₹100 Cr+ projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,300.00 - ₹69,000.00 per month
