Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil role based in Gurugram. The position involves managing and supervising civil construction activities, including planning daily work schedules, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring that work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, resolving technical issues at site, and ensuring adherence to safety norms and regulatory requirements. The role also requires close coordination with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors for material planning, resource allocation, and timely execution of milestones.



The individual will contribute to documentation and reporting related to site activities, quality checks, and project status to support efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building construction methods, and design & build project workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in site supervision, project coordination, and quality control for civil works.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with construction drawings, technical specifications, and basic quantity estimation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using common construction tools and software (e.g., MS Office, basic CAD or project management tools) for reporting and documentation.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities to collaborate with site staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; prior experience in building construction projects will be an advantage.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements within the construction industry.
