Key Responsibilities:

- Implement configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions
- Integrate enterprise monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management
- Configure Event Rules Alert Correlation Alert Aggregation and Alert Suppression
- Manage and support MID Servers Event Connectors and monitoring integrations
- Automate incident creation and remediation workflows based on event alerts
- Perform Event Management health checks optimization and troubleshooting
- Work with CMDB and Service Mapping teams to improve service visibility
- Analyze event patterns and reduce alert noise through correlation techniques
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Network Cloud Application and Operations teams
- Support Incident Problem Change and Major Incident Management processes
- Develop dashboards reports and operational monitoring views
