About the Role

McLiora Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Cinematographer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cinematography, camera operations, lighting, composition, visual storytelling, and shot planning. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging video content for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, corporate projects, promotional content, and other productions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute video shoots according to creative concepts and production requirements.
- Handle professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and other production gear.
- Develop appropriate camera angles, shot compositions, camera movements, and visual styles for each project.
- Create visually appealing content for advertisements, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, corporate videos, and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the Creative, Digital Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams.
- Understand scripts, storyboards, concepts, and briefs and translate them into effective visual content.
- Plan and execute lighting setups according to the mood, environment, and creative requirements.
- Ensure proper exposure, focus, framing, color, and overall visual quality during shoots.
- Handle indoor and outdoor shoots and adapt to different shooting environments.
- Assist in developing the visual language and creative direction of video projects.
- Coordinate with directors, content creators, editors, and other production team members.
- Organize and manage raw footage and ensure proper file storage and backup.
- Travel to different locations for shoots when required.
- Ensure shoots are completed within the assigned timelines and production requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest cinematography techniques, camera technology, lighting techniques, and social media video trends.




- Maintain and handle camera and production equipment responsibly.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Cinematography or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation and cinematography techniques.
- Positive understanding of lighting, composition, exposure, color, and framing.
- Knowledge of different camera systems, lenses, filters, and camera accessories.
- Strong understanding of camera movements and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create visually engaging and professional-quality video content.
- Ability to work in different locations and shooting conditions.
- Good creative and aesthetic sense.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for shoots when required.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar editing software will be an added advantage.
- Experience with commercials, advertisements, social media content, corporate videos, and promotional videos.
- Knowledge of professional lighting equipment and lighting techniques.
- Understanding of color grading and post-production workflows.
- Experience working with gimbals, sliders, drones, or other camera accessories is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous cinematography work.
