Sannverse Railtech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a high-caliber, dynamic, and seasoned executive for the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Vice President of Projects & Operations. Based in Noida, this senior leadership position will completely spearhead the project delivery, operational strategies, and P&L; performance for multiple large-scale infrastructure projects across various locations.

The ideal candidate will combine elite technical engineering foundations with powerhouse commercial acumen, managing multi-disciplinary teams, heavy resource deployment, and complex stakeholder relationships with government and infrastructure bodies.

Role & responsibilities

- Strategic Operations Leadership: Lead, oversee, and optimize the overall project and operational functions of the organization to drastically improve productivity and institutional profitability.
- Multi-Project Execution: Drive the flawless execution of multiple heavy infrastructure projects across diverse geographic locations, ensuring all deliverables strictly meet time, cost, quality, and safety benchmarks.
- P&L; & Financial Stewardship: Constantly monitor and review project-wise costs, profit margins, cash flows, overall budgets, and operational performance to maximize project profitability.
- Resource Optimization: Strategically guide senior project teams to ensure the highly effective utilization of heavy machinery, equipment, manpower, and capital resources.




- Commercial & Risk Mitigation: Provide robust leadership and direction regarding contracts, commercial frameworks, claim management, extension of time (EOT), and macro project risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central nervous system connecting Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Commercial, Contracts, and Site Project teams for unified execution.
- Stakeholder & Client Relations: Build and sustain highly professional relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and senior government authorities.
- Governance & Reporting: Establish advanced Management Information Systems (MIS), transparent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and rigorous performance-monitoring mechanisms for real-time risk mitigation and bottleneck resolution.
- Boardroom Alignment: Actively support the Managing Director and Executive Management in long-term strategic planning, business expansion, and tracking new project pipeline opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Academic Background: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Tenure: 20 -25 years of hardcore experience in the civil infrastructure domain, with a minimum of 10+ years served directly in senior project/operations leadership capacities.
- Domain Expertise: A proven track record handling large-scale Railway, Road, Highway, Infrastructure, or complex EPC construction projects.
