Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the engineering & construction industry.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and funding for various projects across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify areas of improvement in finance operations and implement process enhancements.
Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in finance leadership roles within an engineering & construction company or similar industry.
- Robust background in budgeting, controlling, CFO/Finance Controller functions.
- Proven track record of developing effective financial strategies that drive business results.
