Chief HR Officer (CHRO)

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR / MSW / equivalent

Experience: 15–20 years, preferably with significant experience as Head HR / CHRO in a manufacturing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Group-wide HR strategy, organisation development and manpower planning.
- Develop HR policies and systems across multiple manufacturing units.
- Talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and retention.
- Performance management, compensation & benefits and employee engagement.
- Industrial relations, labour-law compliance and employee relations.
- Develop HR MIS, HR analytics and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Drive organisational culture, employee ownership and leadership development.
- Manage senior-level recruitment and workforce planning for current projects/expansions.
- Lead HR teams across multiple locations and ensure uniform implementation of Group HR policies.
