Role & responsibilities :

Accountable to the Board for the Company's growth, profitability and delivery of every project.

Strategy and growth

- Prepare the business plan and annual budget for Board approval, and deliver against them.
- Build the pipeline of new projects through land purchases and joint development agreements.
- Decide the mix of commercial and residential projects and the timing of launches.
- Identify recent business and funding models that support growth.

Financial performance

- Own the profit and loss, cash flow and return on capital of the company.
- Work with the Head of Finance to raise capital from banks, financial institutions and investors.
- Approve project budgets and control costs across the portfolio.

Project delivery

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the promised quality.
- Oversee statutory approvals from local authorities and UP RERA.
- Manage key contractors, consultants and vendors.

Sales and Customers

- Guide the Head of Sales on sales strategy, pricing and channel network.
- Build the company's brand and reputation in specified geographical regions.




- Ensure timely possession and a high standard of customer service.

Leadership and Organisation

- Lead the heads of finance, sales, projects and other functions.
- Recruit senior talent and build systems and processes for scale.
- Set a culture of accountability, ethics and performance.

Governance and stakeholders

- Report to the Board on performance, risks and major decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with RERA, tax, company law and other regulations.
- Represent the company with landowners, lenders, investors and government authorities.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

- Graduate / Postgraduate from a reputed institution.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, Strategy or related discipline will be preferred.

Experience
- 13+ years of overall experience, with significant leadership experience in the Real Estate Developer Residential Sector
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end P&L; responsibility..
- Experience working closely with CXOs, Board members and senior stakeholders.
