- About the Role:

Mahadeva Mahindra is looking for an experienced and result-oriented CEO to lead overall dealership operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across departments.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, CRM, and Administration.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Drive vehicle sales, after-sales service, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
- Monitor KPIs, business performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and their teams.
- Ensure compliance with OEM policies, company standards, and operational procedures.
- Build robust customer relationships and maintain high service quality.




- Coordinate with the OEM and senior management to achieve business objectives.
- Candidate Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in dealership management.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as CEO, Dealer Principal, or General Manager.
- Strong understanding of automobile dealership operations, sales, service, and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving business targets.
