Role & responsibilities

Instruction & Academic Delivery: Deliver high-impact, engaging lectures strictly aligned with the latest JEE Main and Advanced Chemistry syllabus and exam patterns.

- Content Development: Curate comprehensive study materials, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), question banks, and exam-oriented mock test series.
- Doubt Resolution & Mentorship: Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized academic guidance to address learning gaps.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess student progress through regular testing, detailed performance tracking, and actionable feedback to boost speed, accuracy, and rank.
- Trend Analysis: Track NTA/JEE syllabus updates, pattern changes, and exam trends to continually refine teaching strategies and content.

Preferred candidate profile Education: B.Tech / B.E. (from IITs, NITs, or reputable engineering institutions) or M.Sc. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry from a recognized university.

Experience:



Minimum 3+ years of proven experience specifically preparing students for JEE Main and Advanced competitive exams.

Skills: Exceptional conceptual clarity, robust classroom management, and outstanding communication skills.
