Job Title: CDP – Continental (Chef de Partie)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Continental section independently
- Prepare and present Continental dishes as per standards
- Ensure food quality, taste, and hygiene
- Maintain food cost control and minimize wastage
- Follow kitchen SOPs and safety standards

- Robust knowledge of Continental cuisine
- Good plating and presentation skills
- Time management and multitasking
- Team handling ability
