Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial planning, accounting and financial reporting Ensure timely statutory compliance, taxation and audits Prepare and analyse MIS, budgets and financial reports Monitor cash flow and working capital Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities Support management with financial insights and decision-making Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely closure of financial activities

✔ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)✔ 5–10 years of relevant experience✔ Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Audit & Compliance✔ Good understanding of financial analysis, MIS and budgeting✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills✔ Corporate/industry experience preferred✔ Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
