ROLE SUMMARY

KIMIRICA is looking for a Chartered Accountant to manage and strengthen our Accounts & Finance function as we scale our luxury D2C business. The role will cover accounting, taxation, compliance, MIS, audits, working capital, commercial finance, and financial controls.

D2C / E-commerce experience is mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Accounting & Financial Reporting: Manage day-to-day accounting, GL, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, month-end closure, and financial reporting.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor/customer accounting, ageing, payments, collections, reconciliations, and working capital.
- D2C & Commercial Finance: Manage D2C/e-commerce and marketplace reconciliations covering sales, settlements, commissions, returns, refunds,



and payment gateways.
- Taxation, Compliance & Audit: Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, internal/statutory audits, and related documentation.
- MIS & Business Finance: Prepare MIS, P&L; analysis, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow reports, variance analysis, and profitability reports for management.
- Controls & Process Improvement: Strengthen financial controls, inventory accounting, cost management, automation, and finance processes across the business.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- D2C / E-commerce experience is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of Accounts, Taxation, Audit, MIS, Compliance, Working Capital, and Financial Controls .
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
- Strong Excel, ERP, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
