WNS is hiring for Chargeback Associate Role!!!

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and process chargeback disputes received from acquiring banks.
- Investigate disputed transactions and prepare supporting documentation for dispute defense.
- Review evidence and determine acceptance or rejection of disputes as per guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of chargeback cases within defined SLAs.
- Maintain high productivity and accuracy standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for dispute resolution.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3years of experience in Chargeback Operations, Dispute Management, Card Operations, Payments, or Banking.




- Good understanding of chargeback lifecycle and dispute handling processes.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, extended hours, and rotational week-offs.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
