Position: Changing Room Attendant

Role Overview

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and service-oriented Changing Room Attendant to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and member service across the club’s changing room and locker facilities. The ideal candidate should be attentive to detail, comfortable working in a premium member-facing environment, and able to provide discreet and skilled assistance while maintaining complete privacy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of changing rooms, locker rooms, showers, washrooms, and associated areas.
- Ensure lockers, benches, mirrors, floors, showers, and other facilities are clean and well maintained throughout the day.
- Regularly monitor changing rooms and attend to cleaning requirements promptly.
- Replenish towels, toiletries, grooming amenities, tissues, and other member supplies.
- Maintain proper availability and presentation of fresh towels and other amenities.
- Assist members courteously with basic requests and requirements within the changing room area.
- Ensure used towels, laundry, and other items are collected and transferred to the designated area.
- Maintain proper organization of lockers and common areas without compromising member privacy.
- Immediately report maintenance issues, damages, lost property, or other concerns to the Supervisor.




- Handle members’ belongings and personal items with complete care, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional conduct.
- Support housekeeping requirements during peak hours, events, and special member activities.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping, Front of House, Facilities, and Member Experience teams for smooth operations.
- Follow all club hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Maintain a welcoming, discreet, and professional environment for members and guests.

Candidate Profile

- 4–9 years of relevant experience in luxury hotels, premium private members’ clubs, high-end gyms, wellness clubs, resorts, or luxury hospitality environments.
- Prior experience working in changing rooms, locker rooms, spa, wellness, or similar member-facing facilities will be preferred.
- Excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Polite, courteous, and comfortable interacting with premium members and guests.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physically fit and comfortable with an active, hands-on role.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect members’ privacy.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a professional hospitality team.
