Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency channel, increasing revenue and market share.

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

- Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates and identify new business opportunities.

- Analyze performance metrics to optimize agent productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in general insurance sales or related field.

- Proven track record in agent recruitment, training, and management.

- Robust understanding of the Indian insurance industry trends and regulations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
