Role Purpose

Responsible for governing end-to-end Change Management processes to ensure all network changes are executed in a controlled, compliant, and risk-free manner, minimizing service impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive adherence to Change Management governance & CAB approvals

•Ensure risk assessment, impact validation, and rollback readiness

•Monitor and improve change success rate & reduce failures

•Ensure audit compliance and complete traceability of changes

•Coordinate with NOC, Planning, and Vendor teams for compliance

•Drive automation and process improvements for compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

•Experience: 710 years in Telecom, Mobility Core experience will be preferred

•Solid exposure to Change Management / NOC operations

•Hands-on experience with CRQ tools (Remedy or other similar ITSM tool).
