Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Reporting to: Board of Directors

Experience: 15 to 20 years

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Location will be Mount road, Chennai

They following 6 days work week pattern (Off on Alternative Saturdays)

Office Time: 9.30 am to 6 pm

Key Requirements

- Strong experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, budgeting and MIS
- Experience in fund raising, project finance and debt/equity management
- Solid understanding of cash flow, working capital and treasury




- Exposure to financial strategy and business planning
- Experience working closely with the Board / promoters / senior management
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, audit and risk management
- Candidates from power, renewable energy or energy infrastructure companies preferred

Candidates with project finance + fund raising + board-level exposure, rather than a pure accounting/controllership profile. This aligns with how CFO roles are structured in the sector, where capital raising, project finance and strategic planning are significant responsibilities
