Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership, operational setup, and farmer mobilisation

FPO identification, onboarding, and financial viability

Recruitment and management of a 20+ member team

Infrastructure commissioning and digital mandi adoption

Compliance, financial discipline, and transparent reporting

Candidate Profile

~15 years of leadership in agricultural supply chains

Proven record of organisation-building

Robust credibility with farmers and government stakeholders

Advantageous: Assamese/Karbi language skills, North East field experience, FPO/mandi operations
