WE REQUIRED INDIAN CDP WHO IS EXPERIENCED MIN 2 YEARS

- Prepare Indian dishes for à la carte service, buffets, banquets, and club events.

- Prepare a range of regional Indian dishes, including curries, dals, tandoor items, breads, rice dishes, and accompaniments, as assigned.

- Plan daily mise en place according to reservations, event requirements, and expected covers.

- Follow approved recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.

- Supervise and guide commis chefs and other assigned kitchen staff.

- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and other kitchen sections to ensure timely service.

- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished dishes.

- Monitor stock, control portioning, minimize food waste, and report shortages.

- Ensure ingredients are stored, labeled, and rotated correctly.

- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and utensils.

- Follow the club’s food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

- Support special menus, themed dining, and other club requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
