Role & responsibilities :

- Monthly capital adequacy computation and reporting

- RWA deck preparation and RWA MIS

- ALCO data submission

- RWA Optimization and guidance to business teams on capital conservation

- Capital projections / budgeting (near-term, medium-term and long-term) and Capital Reviews

- Maintenance and periodic update of SOPs

- Multiple RBI regulatory submissions

- Audit co-ordination (Internal, External and Compliance Testing) and responses

- Interpretation with a lense of RWA Optimization and capital conservation

- System changes, identification of data attributes and work-around in case of data deficiencies

- Continuous business interactions for Credit Risk computation

- Multi-stage testing and parallel runs

- Changes in RCA3, XBRL and other returns

- Continuous co-ordination with Risk, IT, Business teams and external consultants





- Enhancements to RAROC Calculator (Capital component) for use in loan profitability evaluations

- Evaluation of current product launches from a capital consumption and pricing perspective

- Capital projections in scenarios of infusions in subsidiaries, associates or purchase of stake / strategic investments etc.

- Presentations to senior management

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: CA with 8+ years of relevant experience or MBA with 12+ years of relevant experience. Relevant experience in capital reporting, regulatory submissions, capital planning.

- Industry: Banking, NBFC, Financial Organizations

- Experience in Regulatory Submissions - RBI.

- Calculation of RWA.
