Key Responsibilities

- Conduct calls with students, graduates, and job seekers.

- Understand candidates’ career interests, qualifications, and requirements.

- Provide guidance on suitable career and skill development opportunities.

- Explain available job roles, courses, and career options.

- Handle candidate queries and provide timely responses.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain candidate engagement.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the recruitment/training team when required.

- Build a positive relationship with candidates and ensure a smooth counselling experience.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Confident and positive personality.

- Robust listening and counselling skills.

- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups professionally.

- Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment processes is preferred.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
